Sellavo helps users create, translate and publish listings and communicate about purchases. Unless a separate protected-payment flow explicitly says otherwise, the agreement for an item is between buyer and seller. Sellavo is operated by Anno One Corporation Ltd, Larnaca, Cyprus. You must provide accurate information, protect your password and be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You are responsible for everything you publish, including AI-generated suggestions. You must have the right to sell the item and use the media.

• Illegal goods, weapons, drugs, medicines, tobacco, alcohol, stolen goods, animals and counterfeit goods are prohibited.
• Misleading information, bait prices, spam, duplicate listings and abusive, hateful, sexual or threatening content are prohibited.
• Other people's personal data, images, text or trademarks require permission.

AI may review media, suggest text, categories and prices, remove backgrounds and identify items in video. Every result is guidance, not a valuation, certificate, guarantee or professional advice. AI can be incomplete or wrong. You must review all content and decide the final text and price.

Current allowances are shown on the pricing page. Daily, weekly and monthly limits protect service quality. Automated abuse, multiple-account circumvention or extreme usage may be slowed or blocked. We may adjust limits and will notify paying users of material reductions in advance.

Referral points and rewards are personal service bonuses with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. We may change or end a reward programme and may remove rewards obtained through abuse.

We may review, reject, edit, hide or delete content and suspend accounts to enforce these terms, comply with law or protect users. Suspected crime may be reported to authorities. You may request a review at hej@sellavo.com.

The service is provided as available. We work for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Existing paid plans work in the app, while plan purchases may be handled outside it. Optional permissions control individual features. Apple and Google are not parties to your agreement with Sellavo.

You may delete listings and request account deletion at any time. These terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. Contact hej@sellavo.com with questions or disputes.
